1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jllws Casino website, mobile web interface, and all associated services available at jllws.cam.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jllws Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in their jllws account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by jllws that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jllws and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Restricted Territories" refers to jurisdictions from which access to and use of the jllws Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

2 Eligibility

By accessing or using the jllws Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a resident of or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
5. You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or family member of an employee of jllws or any of its affiliated game providers;
6. You have not previously been excluded from the jllws Platform or any affiliated platform for any reason, including self-exclusion;
7. All funds used for deposits on the jllws Platform are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity.

jllws reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility criteria are not satisfied. Any winnings accrued during a period in which eligibility criteria were not met may be voided and forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in real-money gaming at jllws, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. jllws relies on the accuracy of registration information for KYC compliance, account recovery, and regulatory reporting purposes.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the jllws Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jllws employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jllws reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or recent transactions, and forfeit any balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your jllws account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jllws shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jllws may at any time request that you complete identity verification by submitting copies of one or more of the following: a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and/or proof of your registered payment method (e.g., GCash account screenshot confirming ownership). Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jllws accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jllws does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted for any portion of your verified Real Money Balance, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction;
• Your account must have completed KYC verification appropriate to the withdrawal amount requested;
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance being withdrawn;
• The withdrawal method must be the same as or consistent with the deposit method used to fund the account, subject to jllws's applicable withdrawal routing policy.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours during standard banking hours. jllws does not impose standard withdrawal processing fees; however, applicable bank or e-wallet transfer fees may apply.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the jllws Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to standard PHP transactions. For USDT TRC20 deposits, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jllws offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play. In all cases where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings attributable to bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₱15,000 across qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is met. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and other categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jllws actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering in patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., low-volatility betting patterns, opposing bets), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, jllws reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jllws Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the jllws server-side result, the server-side result shall be the authoritative record.

RNG-based games (slots, table games, bingo draws) use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers operating under continuous supervisory oversight. Game outcomes on the jllws Platform are not pre-determined, manipulated, or influenced by any party outside of the certified RNG or physical game mechanics in the case of live dealer titles.

jllws reserves the right to void any game round or wager where a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the Player's account balance. jllws shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jllws Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jllws Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place wagers;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Using the jllws Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order on this or any affiliated platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool;
• Engaging in any conduct that jllws, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or damaging to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jllws reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jllws reasonably suspects or determines that: the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity; the Player's account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the jllws Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, jllws may forfeit any bonus balance and, where applicable under Philippine law, any real money balance associated with the prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed at jllws's initiative for reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

Players may voluntarily close their jllws account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not waive any obligation the Player has to jllws under this Agreement.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jllws Platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the property of jllws or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the jllws Platform without the prior written consent of jllws or the applicable rights holder.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jllws's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or the use of the jllws Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jllws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming winnings, or business interruption, arising from: service interruptions or outages; game technical malfunctions; unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials; or changes to applicable law or regulation that affect the availability of the jllws Platform.

The jllws Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jllws makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jllws collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at jllws.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jllws complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third parties — including KYC service providers, payment processors, and game providers — strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of your jllws account and compliance with legal obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

jllws provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the maximum amount you can deposit within the specified period;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds that prevent additional wagers once the specified loss amount is reached within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications that alert you when you have been logged in continuously for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which you cannot log in or place wagers;

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) provides the regulatory framework within which jllws operates, and applicable PAGCOR regulations are incorporated by reference into this Agreement to the extent relevant.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the jllws Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jllws support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to This Agreement

jllws reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the jllws Platform and/or via the contact information associated with your account. Continued use of the jllws Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.
